"Bowen Island FC has only grown and become better since I was a player at the club. Looking back, I am so grateful for the coaches and community members linked with the club who only wanted me to succeed and develop as a player. Bowen Island FC coaches and players helped push me to where I needed to be technically, mentally and physically to pursue the dreams I wanted to achieve. Above all the club cultivated and grew my love for the sport, which has given me so much and for that I am truly grateful."
